Following the release of Circular 0039/2025, the NCSE Parents Notify process has been updated and is now live on the NCSE website. This process involves parents contacting the NCSE through a new online form to obtain an updated NCSE letter of eligibility for 2026/2027. The deadline for parents to contact the NCSE through this new online application form is by 1st October 2025.
Parents must submit a NCSE letter of eligibility with their applications for special classes/ special schools for September 2026. This is now arequirement for enrolment in special classes in mainstream schools and special schools.
